The System received FDA clearance in July 2008. The CoLS Surgical Technique allows for immediate post surgical weight bearing with no bracing or crutches and allows for immediate post surgical mechanical properties similar to a normal ACL . The technique is tissue sparing, requiring the harvest of only one hamstring tendon (most commonly the Semi-T). It can be used for single bundle or double bundle surgical techniques as well as PCL tendon reconstruction. The French experience goes back to 2003 with country wide distribution beginning in 2007.

FH ORTHOPEDICS : Platimium Sponsor training courses at GECO 2009

Every year, the GECO organises a technical and scientific medical
