In traumatology, most of the major indications involve either prostheses (anatomical and reverse) or nailing.
The problem lies in trying to keep to hand, and at very short notice, all the various implants and sets of instruments.

This kit offers you the possibility, in the peri-operative period, and depending on the pathology, to choose to implant either a short TELEGRAPH nail or an anatomical or reverse ARROW prosthesis, using just ONE compact set of instruments.

The concept

Today, FH ORTHOPEDICS proposes a system that makes it possible to implant, with the same instrument set (two trays) :

• 1 anatomical ARROW prosthesis,
• 1 reverse ARROW prosthesis,
• or 1 short TELEGRAPH nail.

The STS gives surgeons both choice and comfort when managing the implants and instrument sets of their personnel.

The instrument set

Implants

>> ARROW

ARROW is a universal shoulder prosthesis system that was first marketed at the SOFCOT (French society for orthopaedic surgery and traumatology) in 2003.
It was one of the first propositions made to surgeons in terms of universality.

Stem
A single stem is used for either an anatomical or a reverse prosthesis.
Diameter 8 mm, length 120 and 170, with or without cement.

• Heads : 4 humeral heads

• Metal-back glenoid base: size 44
• Glenosphere : size 36
• Humeral insert : size 36 00, 36 05, 36 10.

30,000 TELEGRAPH nails have been implanted in the last 10 years !
It is the most commonly used nail in France and the first to offer self-stability in its locking.

Short nail :
Length 150 mm, diameter 7, 8, and 9 mm.
